THE MOST EFFECTIVE

WAY TO

MAKE YOUR

ORGANISATION

MORE EFFECTIVE

IS TO

MAKE IT MORE HUMAN

WHAT WE DO

We develop the business superpowers of self-awareness and situational awareness. We develop your superpowers by developing the people in your business. People as individuals, as teams, as leaders and as organisations.

As we work with your people to develop their wider and deeper awareness, they naturally begin to unlock their potential, as individuals, as teams, as leaders, as an organisation.

As awareness develops and potential is unlocked, people become more productive, innovative and creative. They form better working relationships and navigate complex business challenges more effectively.

Our methods are easy to work with, provide powerful outcomes, and above all, are very human. Whatever the business challenge you need to successfully navigate, our Human Sessions and Human Seasons will deliver the breakthroughs that you need.

What We Do

WHY WE DO IT

We develop your super powers of self-awareness and situational awareness because they enable you to make sense of why people do the things they do. The most valuable business skills are the human skills, the ability to make sense of human behaviour.

Making sense of human behaviour can often seem a huge challenge because people often appear not to behave in a sensible or logical way. Instead of using conventional methods of working with human behaviour, we work in a different way.

We develop your self-awareness and situational awareness by enabling you to make sense of your perceptions and perspectives. Your perceptions are how you understand who you are and your perspectives are how you understand where you are.

The power to make sense of who you are and where you’re going also gives you the power to make sense of who other people are and where they’re coming from. The most powerful assets for any business are self-aware and situationally aware human beings.

The Human Space

HOW WE DO IT

The way we make sense of how humans make sense is by working with the psychological sense making framework, the Human Space, to understand how we generate our perceptions of who we are and form our perspectives of where we are.

The Human Space framework provides the firm foundation for the Human Sources, a library of powerful and accessible source methods for working with the perceptions and perspectives that people generate and form.

The Human Sources enable us to make sense of our stories of who we are, who we have been and we can become. And to continue our journeys of understanding where we are, where we have come from and where we can go.

What emerges from exploring our stories and journeys are the opportunities to find meaning in the work that we can do, to realise purpose in the value that we can create, and to believe in our potential as human beings.
